Our RIA accounts generally follow two types of account and management fee structures

Asset-Based

This is a fixed fee model based on the value of the account assets. It features a tiered, flexible pricing structure with four levels, ranging from 0.5% to 2.0%, depending on the size of the client’s account assets.

Performance-Based

This model is based on a share of the account’s asset appreciation. It operates on a profit-sharing model, with the current structure being 0% management fee and 20% of the profits (0+20%).
